How long is the warranty period?
All products come with a standard one-year warranty on vulnerable parts. Additionally, we provide 1% quantity of vulnerable parts along with the shipment.
What are the available payment methods?
We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment), Western Union, Money Gram, DP, and LC.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We accept sample orders or test orders for single pieces. For general orders, we support mixed container loads (20GP, 40GP, or 40HQ).
What is the typical lead time for delivery?
For full containers, it is approximately 30 days after receiving the deposit. For smaller loads, delivery ranges from 7 to 25 days depending on the quantity.
Do you support OEM and custom branding?
Yes, we can help manufacture the equipment and place your custom logo on the machines.
What material is used for the machine construction?
Typically, we use high-quality SS201 stainless steel for the main body and front panels. Critical components are made using SS304 food-grade stainless steel.
