Working Principles

The horizontal ribbon mixer is a high-efficiency single-shaft mixer. It features a tubular mixing drum housing a main shaft with double proportioned vortex ribbons. The rotation creates a convective motion: the outer ribbon pushes material from both ends toward the center, while the inner ribbon pushes it from the center toward the ends. This dual-action ensures thorough convection mixing. Additionally, the vortex structure and shaft rotation ensure efficient discharge with minimal leftover residue.
