For items in stock, delivery is usually within 7 days. For out-of-stock items, it ranges from 15 to 40 days based on the model and quantity. Custom designs may require additional time.
2. Which shipping methods are available?
We support multiple shipping ways including Express (DHL/UPS/FEDEX), Air shipping, and Sea shipping. Terms like EXW, FOB, and CNF are all available.
3. How is the equipment packaged for transport?
Small units are packed in standard export cartons with foam board. Larger or heavy machines are secured using free-fumigation wooden pallets or cases for safety.
4. What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept T/T, Cash, Western Union, and Money Gram. Typically, a 30% deposit is required in advance, with the 70% balance settled before shipping.
5. How do I install the machine?
A manual book is delivered with every machine. Additionally, our online service team is available to guide you through the installation process.
6. What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For our original designs, the MOQ is 1 set. For customized machines (OEM/ODM), the MOQ is usually 30 sets, though we accept smaller quantities for trial orders.
