Sigma Mixer Detail 1 Sigma Mixer Detail 2 Sigma Mixer Detail 3
The Sigma mixer consists of a mixing chamber, frame support, hydraulic system, electric control system, and discharge system. Two Z-shape blades in the chamber, driven by the motor, rotate at different speeds (controllable via inverter) to produce strong shearing action for uniform mixing of semi-dry or rubbery viscous plastic materials.
Sigma Mixer Z Blade Control Panel
Independent distribution box (control panel) realizes separate and precise control of stirring speed, heating/cooling temperature, and discharging system.
♻️ Discharge Methods
Three Discharge methods facilitate processing of different materials.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have machines in stock?
Yes, we maintain stock for small-scale machines. However, most large-scale machines are customized according to specific production requirements and technical parameters, so they are built to order.
Can you provide detailed machine drawings before ordering?
We can provide draft drawings initially. Once an order is placed and the deposit is received, our engineers design specific technical parameters and provide detailed drawings for your confirmation before production.
Can I test the machine before final payment?
Absolutely. After production is finished, we can install and test the machine. We can record a video of the test or you can visit the factory. We effect shipment only after you confirm the machine is working perfectly.
What are the available discharge methods?
We offer three main discharge methods to facilitate different materials: manual cylinder tilting, hydraulic cylinder tilting, and screw discharge.
What materials is the Sigma Mixer suitable for?
It is ideal for high-viscosity materials such as carbon, cellulose, battery paste, printing ink, paper pulp, chewing gum, silicone rubber, sealant, and various types of dough or clay.
Is the mixing speed and temperature controllable?
Yes, the machine features an independent control panel that allows for precise adjustment of stirring speeds via an inverter, as well as precise control over heating or cooling temperatures.
